This is a REAL Gypsy Kitchen...

In September of 2008, Cindy and I purchased a 36 foot Class A "diesel-pusher" motorhome as our little "Home-Away-From-Home" in San Antonio, Texas.  We spent three wonderful weeks driving her home to Maine and saw some truly beautiful scenery along the way...The Alamo, Fredericksburg, TX, the LBJ Ranch, the Natchez Trace, Chattanooga, and Athens, TN, the Blue Ridge Parkway.

           
                   
           
           

Beginning late January, 2009 - Cindy & I are planning to travel the "back roads"
of America in search of "little jewels" of restaurants, gourmet shops, wineries, cheese shops, etc. and to write about our travels & finds as well as to produce some fun and interesting cooking videos showing how to prepare local "home cooked meals" in the comfort of our 6 foot kitchen!!!  Hey, if I can cook it in the "GYPSY KITCHEN", then there's no excuse why you can't cook it in your kitchen!!!
